- Heat Load Estimation.
- Designing and selecting chiller plant room, Pumping system, Hydronic Pressure maintaining equipments, Chemical dosing system, Condenser ckt for Heat rejection, and to generate Chilled water which can deliver the desired Airside Temperature for comfort conditions.
- Chilled water & Condenser water pumping design with use of Variable frequency drive for Secondary chilled water pumps.
- Equipment selection, Sizing of duct, Chilled water pipe routing
- By calculating the friction losses and head losses through the pipeline and Drain piping network.
- Air distribution system, Insulation, Thermal, Acoustic.
- BTU Metering and Tenant Billing system Design for enabling billing for End users based on actual consumptions.
- Preparation of BOQ, Estimate and Tender document.
- Co ordination with vendors and clients for execution of the project by frequent site inspection and design review meetings.
- Shop drawings approval, checking the approved make of materials used at site, check list for testing and commissioning of the project.
- Forced Ventilation system design for Toilets and for Sewage Treatment Plant.
- Ductless Ventilation system for Basement floors – CAR parking @ 04 ACPH for Normal mode, 08 ACPH for Pollution mode and 30 ACPH for Fire Modes.
- Air Pressurization system for escape routes in all the floor levels of Staircase and Lift core well.
